I acknowledge a young woman from my electorate who I recently met, Zoe Harris, who has been elected as the youth parliamentarian for the Blue Mountains. She will participate in the youth sittings at Parliament in July. She has also been appointed as the chair of the Women's Affairs Committee. Zoe is a keen, articulate and intelligent young woman. I had the great pleasure of having her shadow me in Parliament to see what it is like to be a member of Parliament. Although she was exhausted at the end of the day, she was absolutely thrilled to tell her dad, Sam, and her mum, Bec, that she got to meet the Premier; Deputy Premier, and Minister for Education and Early Learning; and the Minister for Police and Counter‑terrorism. She had a great chat with the member for Coogee and me about youth issues. I thank Zoe.
