They are the equivalent of the highly-sought-after Golden Tickets from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
A limited number of free seniors tickets to the NSW Seniors Festival Premier’s Gala Concerts are available from Blue Mountains MP Trish Doyle’s office.
A glittering lineup of performers will grace the stage for the concerts on March 11 and 12 at Darling Harbour.
Australia’s 2016 Eurovision finalist Dami Im, celebrated singer Nathan Foley, beloved entertainer Jay Laga’aia, rising star Olivia Fox and powerhouse performer Tarryn Stokes will round out the lineup and deliver spectacular entertainment.
Performances will be held at the TikTok Entertainment Centre Darling Harbour (formerly ICC Sydney Theatre) on March 11 and 12 at 11am and 2.45pm.
Blue Mountains MP Trish Doyle said: “What a fantastic opportunity to have a great day out and enjoy some wonderful entertainment.
“These concerts are popular every year and are a way of saying thank you to our seniors for their valuable contribution to our community.”
In addition to the concerts, the NSW Seniors Festival Expo will also be returning with exhibitors offering services and support to seniors.
Minister for Seniors, Jodie Harrison said: “The Seniors Festival expo is only a stone’s throw away from the concerts, with exhibitors offering everything from health and travel information to hands-on activities, technology support, and creative workshops.”
Seniors concert tickets will be available from Ms Doyle’s office in Springwood from Tuesday, January 27 on a first come, first served basis. The concerts will also be live streamed to ensure seniors unable to attend in person can still enjoy the festivities.
